Tobias Hager has been working in the field of architecture and urban planning journalism for around ten years now and has been editor-in-chief of numerous renowned international magazines in the fields of construction, sport, entertainment and IT.
He is a proven specialist in digitalisation and technology and has held consulting positions in numerous well-known management consultancies, agencies and international media companies.
His passion lies in big data, AI and automation systems, as well as search engine optimisation and, more recently, AIO. He is also an expert in white and black hacking and a proven pioneer in urban technologisation and the development of fully automated systems such as language models, AIs and digital clones of all kinds. With a master’s degree in big data and data science and an MBA, he regularly teaches courses on the topics described above.
Before heading up the content and technology departments at GEORG Media and becoming a member of the management board, as well as managing partner and CEO of the international technology company mi media intelligence SL, he held a C-level position (Chief Marketing Officer) at the media company behind the renowned architecture magazine DETAIL.
He also worked as Digital Director for the internationally renowned creative agency Philip und Keuntje in Hamburg and spent several years in London as Publisher and Head of Content and SEO for the entire Central European market, with over 50 magazine titles. He currently also holds the position of editor-in-chief of BAUMEISTER and is managing topos on an interim editorial basis.
